The Shipping Process
We ship daily. The airport is only 40 minutes away from our facility. All our pets are shipped by Airlines only. We do not ship by USPS this is illegal so please don’t ask. We ship World Wide. They are in special shipping boxes with special water containers and a lot of food to keep them alive just in case there is a delay in the flight times. We strive to provide you with extraordinary customer service from beginning to end. Our experienced staff brings years of knowledge in the pet shipping industry and can help assist in making your shipping experience as pleasant as possible. We will also explain every detail thoroughly to assure you of the safety of your pet throughout the shipping process.
A Specialist will first look to see where the closest airport is to ship your pet. (We only ship our pets on airlines that implement a Pet Safe Program) After choosing an airport, we will begin coordinating all schedules & considerations. We will then book your flight and send you an email itinerary of all of the times, flights, schedules & pick up/Delivery locations. Once all of the paperwork is filled out and your pet is checked in at the airport, you will receive an email and/or phone call letting you know how everything is going. During the day of the flight, we will continually be updating you on the progress of the flight schedules until your pet arrives safely in your arms. Your pet will arrive in a brand new airline-approved cage/crate with absorbent bedding and a food & water dish.
Our Refund & Exchange Policy
We do provide a refund of “any” paid amount for a pet or exchange of a pet for another pet but we do not pay the returning shipping fees. As a result, you are encouraged to be sure of your selection from our numerous beautiful pets. We will refund or exchange your pet for another pet If the pet has developed a lethal illness prior to travel that puts him/her in a bad health condition. We always get an approximate value for the adult weight of our pets. To fulfill this purpose, we use the International pet Weight Chart. The chart only provides an approximate or estimated value, hence, we do guarantee that the approximate weight of each adult pet is exact. Once you make a full payment or place a deposit for a pet, you unequivocally agree to these terms.
